An entry to the 2004 contest at Aethereality which won first place. The objective was to create a lucky red envelope design in celebration of Lunar New Year.

The phoenix is drawing of mine from a four part series that I've yet to complete. It's an example of transfering my own artwork into digital media. I even added a little animation near the Chinese characters.
